If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. The 840 platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your country.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of Platform 840 after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full features of the 840 platform, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that the full name, phone number, and bank details you register are accurate and belong to you. False information or details belonging to another person are not permitted.
Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. The 840 platform will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. Any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account are the sole responsibility of the user.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the 840 platform, you agree to:
- Not use the platform for any unlawful activity
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems
- Not use any automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Not impersonate other users or any representative of the platform
- Not distribute harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 840 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfers across major Malaysian banks.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Any delays caused by technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider are beyond the control of the 840 platform.
For withdrawal requests, you are required to verify your identity and ensure that the registered bank account is held in the same name as the 840 account owner. The platform reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if this requirement is not met or if there are signs of suspicious activity.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Unauthorised chargebacks or cancellations may result in permanent account suspension. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources.

The 840 platform makes no guarantee that services will always be available without interruption or free from errors. We strive to maintain high system availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
Account Suspension & Closure
Platform 840 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:
- The user is in breach of any part of these Terms
- There is evidence of fraud or system manipulation
- User registers multiple accounts
- There is evidence of money laundering or other illegal activity
- The user provided false information during registration
- At the platform's discretion to protect system integrity
Intellectual Property
All content on the 840 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of the 840 platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Third-Party Services & Links
The 840 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers, game providers, and sports data providers. We are not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of any such third-party services.

Applicable Law & Changes to Terms
